11-The Scotts.
This is a continuation of 'My Sims Town'. With Seasons, much has changed, and therefore I started a new game and with it a new town. We meet the Scott house here in chapter 11.
11-The Scotts
Its spring time and it was time to move over to Peter Scott's house and tend the plants. Gardening has changed in Seasons, with the plants dormant during the winter. So I want to see what all has change in regards with gardening and Peter Scott is my gardener. Peter Scott we have met in previous chapters while living at the apartment with his sister Genevieve. The two have split, with Genevieve moving to Brindleton with Angelo Trivedi, and Scott here in Windenburg.
Scott and Vanessa are out back getting some plants planted. Vanessa Bjergsen, little does she knows it, will be looking into the flower arrangement skill and therefore makes a good excuse to being Scott's gardening companion. She will be tending the flowering plants.
Seen here chatting with Christie Bjergsen, Scott Peter is ambitious, cheerful, and loves the outdoors. He has the collector trait which gave him the outdoor enthusiast ambition, where he must master the herbalist skill and along the way collect plants for such skill. He was awarded good manners, responsible and emotional control traits for his good upbringing. Observant and is always welcomed where awarded and he has 6255 award points coming to him. Most likely will get the green thumb trait. Does like to work out and is well liked by most of the other Sims of the town, though he has issues with Shawna Villareal, who left him for Simon Le Chien.
One of his best friends is Beckham Watanabe, and the two will do funny things. Peter had the whim to back flip into the pool. Its freezing outside even though it's spring. Beckham is wearing his winter gear while Peter prepares to jump. Beckham also takes up one of the bed spots of the house, and surely they discussed this before taking the jump.
Not to be outdone, Beckham follows, but ends up as a belly flop and finds the water a bit on the cold side.
It didn't take long for both to get the chills. Beckham is shivering already. Who's idea was this?
Hearing the splash, the girls come out to investigate and question their choice of roommates. Must admit the pool was put in late autumn at a reduce cost, the I believe the two where just to eager to jump in.
Ah but that is what fireplaces are for.
The Scotts house at this time. I just added a second story but its not in play as of yet due to the half roof, though nice, makes it hard to place walls. The wall is generated from the half root and one cannot remove the wall without removing the roof. The octagon roof is used over the jut outs, which also causes issues on the second floor. There may be a work around.
It sits on 40x30 lot laying sideways to the road, so the front and back are 40 units wide, so there is lots of space, but I'm wondering if the garden is going to be big enough for sustainment. Small pool, but it will do it's purpose. I must of forgot to sell the apartment furniture for the house inventory contains all the old but nice furniture from the apartment. Sold off most of it to give a nice sum in the bank. Right now Peter is getting around 200-300 every two or three days from the herbs he has planted, but I need to watch it when he sells the plants to get a better figure. Vanessa gets around 300 a day from arrangements, which is mums and roses.
Three bedrooms and two and half baths and a small laundry room. Mostly non-CC except for the bedrooms containing the CC beds and dressers. Sitting in Windenburg on the Summer Home lot. In my opinion, Windenburg has nice sittings for houses, more of a country feel than a suburban. One note on the use of the greenhouse is that the plants inside still produce while the outside plants do not and outside plants only produce during their particular season at least this is what I'm finding with the strawberries and roses.
Beckham Watanabe, Body Builder and right now he is pushing the limits for one hour. Active, Cheerful and a goofball. Genevieve, Scotts sister, is Beckhams half-sister. Scott has no blood relationship with Beckham, therefore having the Bjergsen sisters as mates is possible. Beckham has no rewards but has 2350 points coming to him. He is engaged with Christie Bjergsen. Most like will start an athletic career for income.
Vanessa Bjergsen, one of the three Bjergsen girls that roam the town. A friend of the world from the gregarious trait. Along with outgoing, bookworm, and music lover as her given traits. From childhood she received responsible, good manners, happy toddler and emotional control. She also has observant and always welcome from the store. She has 3220 points to be awarded. She is Peters girlfriend and will be musical in order to write four songs to go along with her flower arrangements.
Christie Bjergsen, Beckham's fiancee and Vanessa's younger sister is bookworm and as her sister is gregarious. She is the cheerful but she is a bit clumsy. Good manners and responsible she got from being an okay child. Always welcome and observant she got from the store and she has 2310 points coming to her. She has a trait that could eventually make her a star chef and write a few cookbooks along the way, but I have enough chefs in town.
Been working on the inside of the house, got Peter listening to some Alternative music while Christie dances as the cozy fire burns in the fireplace. Formed two clubs, Vanessa's club and Peter's club, so that most but not all of the Sims of the town can come over for a visit.
Vanessa has her sisters, Susan and Christie, Anita Harding, Genevieve Scott, and Nichole Pancakes in her club. Caroline Lothario and Tiffani Le Chien has to include as club room permits, but for now its those six.
Peters club contains Beckham, Justin Harding, Simon Le Chien, Angelo Trivedi, and Will Bjergsen. Need to get Dayton Villareal and Irving Bjergsen at a later time.

Be staying here through summer, should be a fun time with these four young adults. Have the gardening going, a new flower arranger skill to look at and a possible wedding party. Might make a trip to the jungle for the heck of it and go a visiting to see the others in town to keep up with the gossip. And build on the house.
